Enjoyed a great stay at the Sheraton with my spouse and baby. Would encourage booking a room in the Towers, which provides Towers breakfast, free internet access, and access to Towers lounge. Staff is excellent. Location is great if you're spending most of your time in Kowloon or just hopping over to Admiralty or Central.

The check in was on a different floor than the regular lobby. It was private, and very fast service. It would have been a great place to stay for business as well because of the lounge usage, which was great for meetings. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room we had had the oceanview and we loved the breakfast. Overall experience was wonderful. Would stay there again.

We were very happy to return to our room to find a beautifully written note and a compli bottle of wine for our 45th Wedding Anniversary . That was an especially nice thing to do in such a busy Hotel. Taking the time to do that was most appreciated.

The staffs on the 16th floor (for Club rooms check-in/out)are very nice, helpful, and very thoughtful. They went beyond our expectations in overall services.Also, The food in the restaurants were great.
