i really enjoy my stay in TS suite hotel, i stayed in 9th floor with no tall building in surronding you can enjoy whole surabaya city view and it close to shopping centre with a lot of good foods

the bathroom, the view, lovely helpful staff. close to excellent choice of restaurants.

had a nice stay although it was only a short one. It is situated close to great restaurants. A very comfortable room and amazing bathroom.

nice big rooms with great service. Attached to shopping mall. great staffs

Free minibar! Great location and check in is fast and easy. Only letdown (and it's a really small one) is that the hotel is only served by lifts, which can be slow at peak hours

TS Suites is great value for money hotel, great alternative for other high-priced 5-star hotels in town. The staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly.Check-in and check-out were very fast. Next to Surabaya town square where you can have wide array of dining choices-local, Italian,Japanese,Malaysian,Thai,Chinese and globally known Cafes.Being centrally-located, i get connected with my friends easily.The room is spacious,the bathroom has a tub and shower area separately. Security is good. Free Wi-fi in the room,free internet access in the lobby,free minibar, good cable channels and wide selection for breakfast also room inclusive. I just miss the swimming pool. I had a wonderful trip in a nice hotel,i will definitely come back.worth the money.
