Oasis
Beautiful landscaping, Fantastic Pool, Great Staff

After and challenging day of travel we arrived at the Resort. It is a little difficult to locate, having the phone number was vital, but is very near the Phuket Zoo. It is a little out of the main traffic flow and we were prepared for disappointment but what we found was an OASIS in the chaos. After traveling Asia for the past 5 years, this hotel was the best secret going. If you have a few days that you just want to decompress and lounge around the pool...this is your hide away. The restaurant was not open but the staff ran down and got us food as we were very late arriving. Their english is not great but functional. The villa's are modern, clean and comfy. We loved our time here.

great apartments but terrible location and service
nice batrooms, pool, sauna and steam room

every taxi driver we had couldn't find the resort and got lost. reception is basically always unattended, i had to ask a man cutting the grass next door if he could call us a taxi as it in the middle of nowhere. all we were served for breakfast was toast and instant coffee... not what we expected for what we paid. despite the poor service and location the facilities were fantastic.
Nightlife Tip:
Take a taxi to patong as there in no nightlife in the immediate vicinity.

Résume du séjour, personne ne parle ni ne comprend l anglais. J ai mis 6 jours pour récupérer les vêtements que j avais laisser au service buanderie ( je n avais donc plus rien a me mettre) et je les demande environ 3 fois par jour a la reception est la reponse etait tjs la meme " tomorrow" meme lorsque je me suis enervee car je n avais plus de vetement et le pire c edt qu ils ont ose nous faire payer et tres cher en plus. Petits déjeuners constitues d' une tranche de pain de mie et de marmelade, plus de beurre... Et rien d' autre puisque nous n aimons pas les œufs . La personne de la réception venait nous réveiller tous les matins a 9 h tous les matins en criant " breakfast in The room" ah oui avec les deux seuls mots d' anglais qu elle connaissait. Nous avons du réclamer le câble tv pendant 5 jours avant de l avoir a raison de 3 fois par jour. L appellation est hotel restaurant mais en fait il n y a pas de restaurant . La réception est ouverte de 8h30 a 17h apres plus perrsonne. Bref soit disant un 4* mais qui Propose le service d' une 1* et encore.
