Decent hotel without being amazing
The M4 tram and the 200 bus stop right outside, so it is very convenient to access by public transport

The hotel served our main purpose - a bed for the night. It is located a few stops on the metro from the center of town and is easy to find. We had a blocked shower on the first night but the staff fixed it the next day. The internet is not free, in fact it is around 12euros per 24 hours: I would not have stayed at this hotel if I had noticed this at the time of booking.

Excellent location, within easy walk of Alexanderplatz, and 30 minute walk to Brandenburger Tor. Good comfortable room, excellent restaurant and room service.

FABULOUS STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
BREAKFAST BUFFET,ROOM DESIGN/SIZE,LOCATION.

Had an excellent stay at this Hotel the staff were very helpfull and informative for the attractions / sightseeing all public transport and recommendations on fabulous restaurant's in the city, the hotel provided information on any of the tours available throughout our stay, the rooms very clean and the bed was comfortable and of good size.
The breakfast was second to none....excellent!!!!!.

The hotel decorated is a boutique style. Staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast is quite good but do not provide a lot of option. Coffee and tea are provided in the rooms. The distance from the lift to the room make an incredibly long walk. Location is quite great, tram stop at the corner of the road, only 2 stops to alexanderplatz.

Clean and comfortable accomodation. Although room was small, it was compact and sufficient for our purpose and layout was such that luggage could be tucked away and not be in the way as we manoeuvre our way around the room. The 1 complaint I would have is that not a single complimentary bottle of drinking water was provided and the 1 bottle that was placed at the bedside was meant to mislead as it read "With compliments with the price tag"!
