The hotel is well located and got a good swimming pool and sea view. The price is okay but if it can be lower a bit will be excellent. The hotel just got a new owner and hope they will bring more positive enhancement to the hotel

Our stay is just fine. We felt inconvenience with the elevator service since only two elevators are working. They do not have free or paying Wi Fi access inside the rooms, guests need to stay at the lobby to check mails or other Internet services

Looks good on the outside but the inside is not
On the beach front and close to many amenities

Front desk had no sense of urgency in checking me in to my room. I arrived late at night and had booked my reservation through Agoda the morning I arrived. Front desk staff told me that my reservation was not received because their reservation staff was off that day. Staff told me to have a seat and they would see what they could do. I waited for about 15 min and when I went back up to the front desk they weren't even working on looking for a room for me. I had to express to them my desire to check in be side it was late and I was tired. I showed them my print out from Agoda and my confirmation email and they finally got me a room.
The room looks ok when you walk in but then you realize you have a 13 inch flat screen TV, sub standard A/C and a bed as hard as a rock. Additionally my shower head holder was broken and I had to shower holding the shower head. Luckily I only stayed there 2 nights. Definitely not worth the money or time. Rooms are old and staff has no sense of customer service.

The hotel rooms are old and need renovation. the carpet looks dirty. the staff are friendly but are not flexible. as an agoda customer, they only give you the room reserved for Agoda and cannot be flexible even if there are available rooms of the same kind.
Shopping Tip:
sales tax is free, you can shop at GPO, Ross, K-Mart and Micronesia mall

Great location and fantastic views

I stayed here with a group of friends and the hotel staff provided excellent service and the rooms were clean and of a good size. Restaurants and night life are all woalking distance which was great news for our group.

连住5天，接送，入住等服务挺好，餐也很好，价格也挺优惠，朋友帮预定的，听说预订时邮件回复比较慢些，可能是习惯问题，有些只能到店后才知道能不能解决，所以去时有些不踏实，还好要求都满足了

オーシャンツインを予約してましたが、空きがないということで、オーシャンスイートに泊まりました。部屋は広く、大きな窓２面ともがオーシャンビューでした。
ただ、バスルームだけは古めです。
ベッドも快適でぐっすり眠れました。

ロビーは清潔感がありかわいかった。ビーチやＤＳＦに近く便利。

高級感はないですが、清潔でかわいいホテルでした。ベッドは寝心地がよく、空調もよかったですが、バスルームが古かったです。備え付けのbody lotionが使い心地がよかったです。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。
ビーチの目の前で、町の中心地にあるので、とても便利でした。
